What's their plan?

Since I recieved my confirmation email from the Worldbuilders team, I feel free to reveal the designs I sent for the contest. Here's the first one of them. I hope you like them!

For this one in particular... It took me a while to figure how to draw the Chandrian, since, you know, we know nothing about 'em.

So let´s just say that, starting from left to right in the upper half, we have...

Pale Alenta being the girl, as Nina describes her, a nude woman.
Alaxel/Haliax/Lanre. No more explanation needed, just to say that he is shaded AGAINST the light source, somehow rejecting light.
Ferule/Cinder. Dark Eyes, white hair and stuff. You know.
Cyphus, brings the blue fire. On his head.

Then, starting from left to right, in the bottom half, we have:

Usnea lives in nothing but decay. I pictured it in my mind as if he/she was rotting. That's the bandages
Stercus is in thrall of Iron. Iron Mask and Half-broken Sword. What could possible make you more binded to iron that an iron mask? idk, iron bones like wolverine's (Yes, I Know they're adamantium)
Grey Dalencti never speaks. So what to speak about him?
